Innovative strength meets artificial intelligence

The amount of software in vehicles is constantly increasing and plays a central role in the Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) era. Since 2020, we have been relying on innovative big data applications to meet the increasing demands and complexity in the automotive industry. As part of our continuous innovation efforts, we have also turned our attention to the topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our dedicated TAIA (Testing AI Assistant) team is developing solutions to drive AI in automotive software testing.

AI-based solutions for software testing

TAIA’s goal is to bring the power of AI to our customers in a practical way. The focus here is on efficiency, flexibility and security:
  • We are working on approaches to integrate AI-based technologies into the testing process in a targeted manner, thereby increasing efficiency in testing.
  • We are developing an AI solution tailored to the automotive software testing domain.
  • We are focusing on local AI models that fully guarantee data security and privacy, as protecting our customers' data is our top priority.

TAIA wins innovation award and advances artificial intelligence

TAIA has already achieved significant success with its innovative solutions. For example, the team won the Fraunhofer IIS reAIlize 2024 ideas competition. As part of the award, experts from Fraunhofer IIS are supporting us for a period of six months. Together, we aim to create an AI flagship project in Saxony and helping other companies overcome their fear of this forward-looking technology.

Focus on AI – represented at international events

TAIA is also present at events and networks with leaders in artificial intelligence. The team recently took part in the AI DEV Europe Event in Paris. The conference, organized by the Linux Foundation, offered valuable insights into the latest developments and open-source frameworks in the field of artificial intelligence. With this platform, TAIA is able to deeply explore the philosophy and future direction of AI development.

AI lecture series at tracetronic

In addition to our project work, we have launched a lecture series on artificial intelligence. Two events have already taken place, and Peter Steinbach has agreed to speak at the next event in January. We will keep you updated on LinkedIn.
